1. Agreement to Terms

2. Description of Services
SFA Tasperp provides professional repair and maintenance services for outdoor structures including:
- Gazebo repair and restoration
- Barbecue repair and maintenance
- Outdoor structure cleaning and weatherproofing
- Preventive maintenance programs
- Emergency repair services
3. Service Terms and Conditions
3.1 Quotes and Estimates
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Quotes are based on information provided and initial assessment
- Final costs may vary if additional work is discovered during service
- Any changes to quoted work will be discussed and approved before proceeding
3.2 Scheduling and Access
- Service appointments must be scheduled in advance
- Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
- Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice
- Weather conditions may necessitate rescheduling outdoor work
3.3 Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Disputed charges must be reported within 7 days of service completion
4. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the repair needs
- Ensure safe access to work areas
- Remove valuable or fragile items from work areas
- Inform us of any hazardous conditions or materials
- Be present or designate a representative during service calls
- Make timely payment for completed services
5. Warranties and Guarantees
5.1 Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by weather or environmental conditions
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
- Issues with pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original service
5.2 Parts and Materials
Parts and materials are warranted according to manufacturer specifications. We will facilitate warranty claims for defective parts but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty limitations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- We are not responsible for damage to surrounding property unless caused by our negligence
- Customers are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage
7. Insurance and Safety
SFA Tasperp maintains appropriate public liability insurance. However, customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring their property insurance is current
- Reporting any safety hazards before work begins
- Maintaining safe conditions during service calls
- Following any safety instructions provided by our team
8. Cancellation and Refunds
8.1 Customer Cancellation
- Services may be cancelled with 24 hours notice without penalty
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a service call fee
- Work in progress cannot be cancelled without payment for completed portions
8.2 Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel services if:
- Unsafe working conditions exist
- Customer fails to provide adequate access
- Weather conditions make work unsafe or impossible
- Customer breaches these Terms
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, techniques, and processes used by SFA Tasperp remain our intellectual property. Customers may not:
- Copy or reproduce our proprietary methods
- Share confidential business information
- Use our trade secrets for competitive purposes
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding:
- Property conditions and repair needs
- Personal information and contact details
- Financial information and payment methods

11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Initial Resolution
Any disputes should first be addressed directly with our customer service team. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
11.2 Mediation
If direct resolution is not possible, disputes may be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
11.3 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate courts of Victoria.
12. Emergency Services
Emergency services are available 24/7 for safety hazards. Emergency service terms include:
- Premium rates apply for after-hours service
- Minimum service charges may apply
- Emergency work focuses on safety and temporary repairs
- Permanent repairs may require follow-up appointments
13. Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to environmentally responsible practices:
- Proper disposal of materials and waste
- Use of eco-friendly products when possible
- Compliance with environmental regulations

14. Changes to Terms
